Prison Journalism Project author, Jeffrey McKee is a dear friend, journalist, and “legal beagle” at Washington State Penitentiary in Walla Walla, Washington.
He is a prolific and brilliant litigator, and the founder of Jailhouse Lawyers Speak NW.
Today I am so proud to launch the first in what I hope to be many manifestos that he has provided so that others may learn how to navigate complex issues.
