Dear friend, “adopted Dad,” and purveyor of so-bad-they’re-good “Dad Jokes”, Jeffrey McKee, is a dear friend, journalist, and “legal beagle” at Washington State Penitentiary in Walla Walla, Washington.
He is a prolific and brilliant litigator, and the founder of Jailhouse Lawyers Speak NW.
Jeff has been so kind to allow me to post his helpful manifestos so that others may learn how to navigate complex issues during incarceration.
The third installment of this series discusses the appalling lack of prisoner’s access to their own Washington Department of Corrections electronic files, an issue that should be considered outright unconstitutional.
