John G. McBain

Judge John McBain is impatient, unable to be impartial, and is incredibly unprofessional. He has gotten into physical fights with defendants and engaged in unconstitutional upward departures. He defied Court of Appeals orders to appropriately resentence a defendant. They informed him he was in the "wrong line of work."
