The Commission offers citizens zero transparency when it comes to judicial complaints. Instead, they hide unprofessional and inappropriate behavior, giving out slaps on the wrist instead of addressing bad behavior and holding judges accountable.

Very often, the proverbial emperor isn’t wearing any clothes and for a long time, no one was allowed to point that out.

No one should be blindsided by a judge’s demeanor when they walk into a courtroom, and every judge should treat the people who walkthrough their doors with kindness and dignity.

This crowd-sourced directory intends to change the Michigan judiciary and its accountability and transparency landscape, putting power and clarity back where it should be: in the hands of the people.
